Explore Mindxbody
Four connected areas—Foundations, Practice, Science and Bridges—with the Field Guide and Research as supporting resources.
Mindxbody is organised around four primary areas: Foundations, Practice, Science and Bridges. Together, they move from orientation and lived practice to explanation, comparison and open inquiry.
Foundations
The language, principles and method of Mindxbody. Begin here for mind–body integration, different maps of practice and science, and the discipline of observing before explaining.
Practice
Practice traditions, methods and cultivated capabilities understood in context, with the Practice Hall as the applied home of practice.
Science
Research and bounded explanatory models relevant to attention, breathing, movement, sensation, regulation and skilled performance. Findings are presented with their scope, evidence level and practical relevance.
Bridges
Careful comparisons between practice accounts and contemporary evidence. Each bridge identifies possible relationships and testable questions while keeping the purpose and vocabulary of each approach clear.
Supporting resources
Field Guide
A living guide to the language of practice and science, including how Mindxbody uses key terms and where comparisons require care.
Research
Emerging questions and future directions. Formal studies, protocols and partnerships will be added as the work develops.

The same subject may appear in several areas because experience, interpretation, mechanism and testing offer different layers of understanding. Mindxbody connects those layers while preserving the contribution of each.
